Through hands-on work, they learn job skills, accountability, teamwork, and confidence—often for the very first time.

The story behind the mission
This isn’t just theory. Kingdom & Coffee Co. was born from real relationships and real need.
While serving in a local juvenile detention center in Pinellas County, the Lord highlighted two teens—Myisha and Treyvon—to Genesys. Since then, they have advocated for them, welcomed them into their family, and walked alongside them as they started new lives.
When Treyvon moved in, he struggled to find employment because of his past. Without a steady home and opportunity, the alternative would have meant returning to the streets to survive.

Through coffee, discipleship, and employment, Brock and Genesys are building a place where hope is brewed daily, and young lives are allowed to start again.
